
The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) has released its winter sports weekly awards for the week of January 16 - 22.
Minnesota West Community & Technical College guard, Olivia Hayenga, has been named the week's MCAC South Division Women's Basketball Athlete-of-the-Week. Hayenga shot 57% from the field and scored 35 points, while also picking up 15 rebounds and 16 assists in the LadyJays two wins during the week. Her defensive effort of 7 steals and 7 blocks helped her team extend their win streak to 16 games.
