
The Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) has released its football athlete of the week awards for the week of September 23-29.
Marlon Fluker, wide receiver for Minnesota West Community and Technical College, earned an Offensive Player of the Week award after catching six balls for 184 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Rochester Community and Technical College. Fluker now has 18 receptions on the season for 430 yards.
Robin Braun, punter for Minnesota West Community and Technical College, earned the Special Teams Player-of-the-Week award. Braun had three punts for 118 yards, an average of 39.3 yards per punt. He placed two of the three punts inside the 20-yard line.
