Congratulations to the Minnesota West men's soccer team for winning the Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) championship, after defeating Riverland, 1-0. Forward Anton Cordes scored the only goal in the second half.
The All-MCAC Soccer Teams for the 2023 season have been announced and Minnesota West has both standout players and coaches. Following the Conference Championship Game, Cordes, was named the MCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Year. He led the MCAC in goals with 13 and two assists during the season. Four of his goals were game-winners. Jordan Balster, head coach, was awarded the MCAC Men's Soccer Coach of the Year. He led his team to the MCAC Men's Soccer Championship this season.

Bluejay soccer season ended with a loss against Anoka-Ramsey last week. What a successful season with an 8-4-2 overall record and a 5-1-2 record in the MCAC.
